Good to know
When will my order ship?
Every piece is made to order, which usually takes 2–5 business days, then ships. Most US orders arrive within 5–10 business days total; you get tracking as soon as it leaves the print floor.
What if the size is wrong?
Check the size chart on this page before ordering — every piece is made to order, so we can’t accept returns or exchanges for size or change of mind. If anything arrives misprinted or damaged, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we’ll replace it free.
Will the print survive garage-bay laundry?
Yes — designs are printed with water-based inks rated for repeated washing. Wash inside-out and cold, skip the dryer when you can, and the graphic will outlast the grips on your gamer.
Where does the money go?
Merch keeps SimBayHQ independent: it funds the room-fit checker, the launch monitor spec database, and the testing time behind every verdict — so the recommendations never have to chase sponsorships.
